New edition of the Participatory Budget of Barcelos with the introduction of online, in-person and SMS voting
Among the various new features compared to previous editions, the three types of voting stand out:
- Online voting after registration and activation with code sent by SMS;
- In-person voting at Parish Councils with voting code sent by SMS;
- Voting by SMS by sending a free message with the indication of the projects for which you want to vote.
All votes are validated and only votes cast by residents of the municipality are counted.
